THE SMITHY .. $120 a night (for two people sharing)*
For a special alpine experience, offering you the chance to soak in the best vista Hanmer has to offer, treat yourself to a few nights break in our cosy, timber-lined retreat: The Smithy.
This is the oldest building on our property originally used by the local farrier to shoe horses ready for forestry work in the 1940s. Hence the name!
We recently developed the then dilapidated building into a comfortable alpine lodge for those looking for something a little bit unique. The walls are lined with timber milled from Oregon (Douglas fir) grown on our property and the décor is beautifully finished throughout. The Smithy was designed to offer our guests the perfect environment in which to relax and unwind.
There is a large gas fire, spacious bathroom and modern fully equipped kitchen complete with new gas oven and microwave. The sleeping arrangements include a queen sized bed, Mezzanine with two single beds & a sofa which folds to a double bed.
Large double doors open out to a private patio designed to soak up the sun while enjoying the close proximity of the mountains. A gourmet BBQ with rotisserie completes the outdoor dining experience in the warmer months. Once the frosty alpine evening sets in a cosy night by the fire awaits! There is also a TV and video for alternative entertainment.

STUDIO UNITS .. $65 (for two people sharing)*
We have upgraded three of our kitchen cabins to allow for those travelling on a budget to enjoy greater comfort when they stay with us. Instead of the futon sofa pull-out beds we now have ultra comfortable double beds! Also for evening entertainment after coming home from the pools we have installed a TV in each studio unit.

KITCHEN
CABINS .. $55 (for two people sharing)*
An airy, carpeted apartment that sleeps
up to five people in comfort comes complete with:
• One set of bunk beds,
• One single bunk over a futon sofa that converts into a double
bed,
• Fitted-out kitchen complete with electric oven and hobs,
toaster and jug,
• Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils,
• Electric lighting and heater,
• Table and chairs,
• Fridge with small freezer compartment,
• Access to gas-powered BBQ’s and wooden picnic tables

FAMILY
CABIN .. $75 (for three people sharing)*
A spacious cabin which can sleep a family of up to six people and comes complete with:
• One set of bunk beds,
• One single bunk over a futon sofa that converts into a double bed,
• One collapsible camp-bed,
• Fitted-out kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, toaster and jug,
• Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils,
• Fridge with small freezer compartment.
• A colour TV (with two channels)
• Electric lighting and heater,
• Table and chairs,
• Access to the two gas-powered BBQ’s and wooden picnic tables for outdoor dining.

An exclusive self-contained apartment
that sleeps up to five people comes complete with:
• One set of bunk beds,
• One Queen-sized bed,
• One collapsible camp bed,
• Fitted-out kitchen complete with electric oven and hob,
toaster and jug,
• Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils,
• Separate bathroom with hot and cold running water wash hand
basin, toilet, and electric shower
• Electric lighting and heater
• Table and chairs
• Fridge with small freezer compartment,
• Access to gas-powered BBQ’s and wooden picnic tables
for the outside dining experience.

Please note that we do not accept Group Bookings and all bookings must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Pets are welcome at Alpine Holiday Apartments and are able to stay in our cabins, however, there is a $10 charge per stay for pets staying in cabins to cover extra cleaning costs.
LINEN
HIRE $10 per room
Linen is available for hire, and is charged per room. Hire pack includes a thick duvet and towels. (beds already come with a fitted sheet and pillow).
